Registration fees include daily catering, delegate pack, attendance to sessions, conference exhibition and social functions including the welcome reception, industry networking dinner and Conference Gala Dinner.

Early Bird Full Delegate: $795.00
Grain Grower Registration: $695 - please include your NGR number in the space provided above.
Early Bird Fulltime Student*: $450.00

| Hotel Booking Information |
The hotel will issue a tax invoice upon departure. Price is inclusive of 10% GST. As a limited number of hotel rooms are available, please book early to avoid disappointment. These room rates are conference specials and are only available through the conference organiser, YRD (Aust) Pty Ltd. Please contact YRD for alternate accommodation options or if you require sofa bed / rollaway /cot.
Cancellation fees for accommodation are at the discretion of each of the individual hotels. Please contact YRD regarding hotel cancellation policies. |

The Privacy Act 2001 provides that before your name and address details can be published on the list of conference delegates, for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent. If you DO NOT wish to have your name, address and details included in the list of delegates please inform the conference secretariat on asgc10@yrd.com.au Please note that registration places will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in’ payment basis. In the event that space is unavailable you will be notified immediately.
Cancellation Policy: An administration fee of $150 per registrant will apply for cancellations before 26/01/10 Cancellations after this date, but made on or before 19/02/10 will forfeit 50% of the total registration payable (GST included). Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing to YRD. Any cancellations or changes to your accommodation booking must also be made in writing to YRD. Do not contact the hotel directly for accommodation cancellations or changes. If the reservation is NOT cancelled, the hotel reserves the right to charge the supplied credit card for all nights booked. If the delegate fails to arrive on the specified date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the supplied credit card for the night of accommodation. Please note cancellation fees are at the hotels discretion depending on date of cancellation.
Disclaimer: This conference program is confirmed at the date of advertising on the website and printing. However, the Australian Summer Grains Conference Committee reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to provide a program of equivalent standard and value.
Insurance Disclaimer: Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include (1) loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference; (2) loss through cancellation of the Conference; (3) loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason including force majeure, medical expenses, loss or damage to person or property, additional expenses; and (4) repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange his or her own insurance.
